As a US physician I was quite skeptical about the ability to deliver healthcare from overseas. The research I have performed and the visits to several facilities, with more to follow, has led me to understand that medical travel is a viable option for people to receive high quality healthcare with customer service that is impeccable. Going forward I hope to explore the pros, cons, opportunities and challenges of this cutting edge healthcare system. It is an open dialogue except for personal attacks, outright falsified information and vulgarity.
